This house received a major modern update which started with the windows in the rear of the house. We updated the old drafty windows with high efficiency tilt and turn windows from Europe. These windows swing into the house, while also tilting on the top to allow for ventilation. After the new windows were installed we re-sided most of the rear of the home. We also updated the roofing on the entire structure with an Alaskan yellow taper sawn shingle. The low pitched areas were roofed with industrial grade rubber roofing. New zinc panel siding was added as part of the update as well as heavy gauge zinc gutters. The decks were updated with stainless steel cable railings. The interior was repainted and floors were refinished. All bathrooms in the home were updated as well. This home is a stylistic conglomeration of updates throughout the years and couldn’t be more comfortable because of that.
